8. Pre-Application Process

Before starting portal applications, register your business structure with the PA Department of State, obtain a federal EIN, secure a dedicated physical commercial office space for confidential medical records, and register for a Type 2 NPI.

9. Pre-Application Training

The agency Administrator must meet state experience and supervisory guidelines. All frontline nurses must hold an active Pennsylvania Nursing License (RN or LPN).
