2. CHORE SERVICE OVERVIEW

Chore Services focus on assisting individuals with basic household maintenance tasks to maintain safety and hygiene. Services are tailored according to the Individual Service Plan (ISP) or Person-Centered Plan (PCP) and may include:

  • Basic home repairs and maintenance
